How much is an appointment? How long is the reading?
The length of the session is 2 hours and the fee is $300.00. Readings take place either in person in my office or are conducted by the telephone.
Is the session recorded for me to keep?
Yes. I record on cds for in person readings. You may feel free to record the session on your phone or other portable digital device if you wish, too. Telephone appointments can be recorded on cds or digitally.
How do I pay for an appointment?
I accept payment by check, money order, debit, credit- Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx for appointments.
How do I get an appointment?
I accept requests for readings twice a year:
in January for the first half of the year and in June for the second half of the year.
When the appointment line opens, you may call 757-426-6124 and leave a message. The office line message gives details about the readings and scheduling status. This line does not receive or send text messages.
If you are interested in a session and you did not leave a message in January or June, feel free to leave your contact information on my voicemail in case of cancellation or unexpected opening. I will add your name to my cancellation list.
I will only call you if an opening occurs.
How should I prepare for a telephone session?
If we are not meeting in person, the reading takes place over the telephone. I use a landline for phone sessions. If you use a cell phone, please maintain as strong a signal as possible. Please do not travel or drive during the session as the distraction dilutes your focus. A session is both personal and private, and should be given some reflection and focus.
For a long-distance phone appointment you send:
1) A photo of yourself with your eyes clearly visible, ie. no sunglasses.
2) Photos of any significant loved ones or key people you'd like to ask about in the session.
3) 4-6 questions
4) $300.00 fee.
I accept credit/debit cards, money orders or checks.
If you are using a debit or credit card, I take the information verbally over the phone before we begin your reading. Please do not send any financial information through
e-mails.
Once we have scheduled the session, there are two ways to get your information to me.
1) E-mail photos and questions to: soulvoice@maryroach.org.
This must be received 7 days prior to our session.
2) Old School Method:
Send the photos, questions and check/money order to my PO Box. (See below)

At the appointed date and time, you call me.
If you opt for a cd recording, the office line you call is (757) 426-6124. I will record your reading on cds and send them to you after the session. They are mailed to you through USPS-First Class mail.
If you chose a digital recording, I will send the number to call in an e-mail prior to our session.
We conduct the session.
When we have completed the reading, I will e-mail the digital recording to you within 24 hours.
How can I get a session if I live outside of the U.S.A.?
International clients can follow the phone reading criteria, and we can use Skype.
